Gibson's Bakery in Oberlin, , has slashed its staff from 12 to four after the 2016 incident that saw Oberlin College students - and senior staff members - brand the family business racist. When DailyMail.com visited the bakery on Tuesday morning, it was quiet, with staff members there still too distressed by the ordeal to speak.
