Family of 'Hold On I'm Comin' songwriter makes legal threat to Trump 

is in trouble yet again for using a musician's work without permission - and the late songwriter's estate is threatening legal action.

The former commander-in-chief announced that he's running for president a third time during a lavish event at his Mar-a-Lago mansion in Palm Beach, on Tuesday night.

He capped off the hour-long speech playing the 1966 hit 'Hold On I'm Comin,' sung by R&B duo Sam & Dave.
