Family of boy, 12, killed by illegal migrant driver are 'Ripped apart'

The devastated sister of a 12-year-old boy accused of driving the wrong way at almost double the speed limit has said 'she shouldn't have been here'.

Heartbroken Taylor Wolfe said her family has been 'ripped apart' by the death of her little brother Travis.

The youngster died from brain injuries on March 6, three months after the head on collision.
