Family of Jayland Walker sue Ohio cops for $45 MILLION

The family of man Jayland Walker is suing the last summer for at least $45million just to indict them.

Attorneys for the family are arguing officers used excessive force when they fired 94 bullets at the the 25-year-old Walker, who is black, during a foot chase and participated in a 'culture of violence and racism' within Akron's police department.

According to the suit filed Friday in federal court, they want damages from the officers, the city of Akron and city officials, according to a press release. The family announced the suit, with Walker's mother Pam in tears at moments.
