Fan favorite fast food menu item is returning to its original recipe

is giving its chicken tenders a makeover.

The fast food chain has offered them for years but they have been made using the chain's 'extra crispy' recipe, rather than its 'original recipe' that it uses for its chicken on-the-bone products.

Customers inundated KFC with requests for tenders to be made that way too.
