Federal agents plan first-degree charges over Matthew Perry's overdose

The federal agents investigating 's death are 'confident' they will be able to charge the suspects involved in his fatal drug overdose.

On Friday, it was reported that the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is planning to charge with drug distribution resulting in death or great bodily injury.

For the first-degree felony charge, they could be facing a sentence of 20 years minimum in prison.
