Tiger King star Carole Baskin is preparing for a busy 2023 and has issued a callout to her followers after the US Senate last week passed the monumental Big Cat Public Safety Bill.This week, US President Joe Biden is expected to sign the act. By doing so, the legislation will end roadside zoos – such as Joe Exotic's infamous GW Zoo, which was permanently closed in 2020 after being awarded to Baskin – and regulate the ownership of big cats as pets.For Baskin, an animal rights activist and CEO of non-profit animal sanctuary Big Cat Rescue, it's a culmination of her life's work.
