Justin Giambanco, 31, had been serving a four-and-a-half-year sentence for burglary when he was released early from prison after serving just 18 months. After his release in October 2022, it wasn't long before he was in trouble with the law once again - and he was subsequently arrested on April 15 on charges of battery of a police officer and trespassing.
