Florida cop grabbed female officer by the throat during arrest

Newly released footage shows a cop shouting at a detained black man 'I will remove your f***ing soul' before he was pulled away by a female officer, whom he later grabbed by the throat in a fit of rage.

Sgt. Christopher Pullease arrived at the scene in the city of Sunrise on November 19, after other officers had already responded to reports of a man attacking people outside a convenience store.

The suspect, Jean Similien, had threatened to shoot officers and resisted as they guided him to the back of a police cruiser.
