A man has been arrested for hurling chairs and planks of wood off of a Midtown Manhattan skyscraper. Jean Olivier, 33, of West Park, South Florida, was taken into custody this week after allegedly throwing a chair and other objects from the rooftop of 555 Fifth Ave., an office building near East 46th Street.Olivier had reportedly entered the building to visit the Consulate General of Haiti to complain about housing before he allegedly went into a frenzy.
