Footage shows bus driver's callous act as man tumbles from wheelchair

A wheelchair user was left lying at the side of road after a callous bus driver failed to help him when he fell while trying to board the vehicle.

Double leg amputee William Romero was on his way to the hospital for weekly dialysis treatments when the incident occurred last week.

'I'm not a pigeon or a dog you just leave on the floor,' He told ABC7. 'It's his responsibility because he's supposed to take me up on the bus and lock me inside. Sometimes this is the job for the driver.
