Former Disney CEO Bob Iger fought the decision to name his controversial successor Bob Chapek, who has had his contract renewed despite leading the company through and into some scandals and political controversies. Iger, 71, went as far as to call Chapek a 'novice' and told Disney sources that it was one of his worst business decisions to have Chapek, 61, replace him, according to .
