A gunman shot an Instacart worker after a brief exchange in a Fred Meyer supermarket and fired at the victim as he lay dying on the floor of the store where he had been caught shoplifting just days earlier, according to a court document. A probable cause statement that was filed on Monday alleges that after gunning down Justin Krumbah, Aaron Christopher Kelly, 39, shot and wounded a 66-year-old store employee, before walking out of the busy Richland supermarket and driving off. Witnesses reported hearing as many as 10 gunshots during the incident, which lasted less than 5 minutes.
