French screen star Anouk Aimée has died aged 92. The actress, who became an icon of doomed romance in the 1960s thanks to the Oscar-winning film A Man And A Woman, passed away on Tuesday at her home in Paris. Her daughter, Manuela Papatakis, paid tribute on Tuesday: 'We have the immense sadness to announce the departure of my mother … I was close to her when she passed away this morning, at her home in Paris.'
