Disgraced founder Sam Bankman-Fried has said he 'didn't try to commit fraud' and 'made a lot of mistakes' as he is grilled publicly for the first time since his company's collapse and filing for bankruptcy - and leaving investors millions out of pocket. Bankman-Fried is being quizzed at by journalist Andrew Ross Sorkin this evening. In response to people saying that he had run a 'massive ponzi scheme, he said: 'I was CEO of FTX and that means whatever happened I had a duty to our stakeholders ... to do right by them,' Bankman-Fried said. 'I didn't do a good job of that, I made a lot of mistakes.
