Gandhi's belongings - including his own hand-made loincloths, wooden sandals and what's believed to be the last photo of him taken alive - are expected to raise more than half a million pounds at auction.The 70-piece collection features items that were owned and associated with the iconic figure, including one of his own hand-made loincloths, letters he wrote whilst imprisoned, and two pairs of his sandals.East Bristol Auctions, who previously sold a pair of Gandhi's spectacles for £260,000 in 2020, are confident the 70-piece auction will raise up to £500,000.
