The South Carolina gas station owner charged with murdering an armed fourteen-year-old boy who he shot in the back after wrongly accusing him of shoplifting previously shot at two other thieves in his besieged store. Rick Chow, 58, is in custody for the murder of Cyrus Carmack-Belton, an armed 14-year-old who he chased out of his store in Columbia, South Carolina, on May 28. Chow and his adult son thought Cyrus had stolen bottled water. Cops say surveillance footage proves that he didn't.
