Even by working full-time year-round jobs, more than a third of families do not earn enough to cover rent, groceries and other basic expenses needed to keep a household running, according to a new study.Some 35 percent of working families cannot meet their weekly outgoings for housing, food, medical care, transport, child care and other expenses, says the Brandeis University study based on 98,000 households.
