The gunman a was seen outside court on Thursday - where attorneys said they may consider bringing a death penalty trial.Franicsco Oropesa, 38, who appeared shackled and in an orange and white striped jumpsuit, was flanked by deputies and the sheriff as he walked into the building completely silent. He did not say a word while inside the courthouse, where he stood before the judge for the first time.Following a massive manhunt, Oropesa was arrested on May 2.
