The father of girl Harmony Montgomery who went missing in 2019 at age 5 has been formally indicted on an assault charge for allegedly punching her in the face before her disappearance the charges they were arrested on earlier this year related to the child’s well-being, the attorney general’s office said Friday.Adam Montgomery, who has been jailed since January, had custody of his daughter, who vanished sometime in late November or early December of that year. But authorities did not know she was missing until last fall.Harmony still has not been located. Police in Manchester, New Hampshire, have received hundreds of tips, and photos of the child have appeared on billboards and social media sites. A $150,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the missing girl.
