Republican Herschel Walker told a strange story about a bull abandoning three pregnant cows at a rally with heavyweight senators, as polls show he is neck-and-neck with incumbent Raphael Warnock. A new Emerson College/The Hill found 48 percent of respondents planned to vote for Warnock, 46 for Walker, showing public perception was relatively unfazed by allegations the ex-NFL star convinced one ex-girlfriend to get an abortion and attempted to convince her again. The race is closer than that between Gov. Brian Kemp and Democrat Stacey Abrams, who is trailing 51 to 46 percent.
