Highland Park shooter Robert 'Bobby' Crimo III, 21, told cops he was a depressed drug user during a wellness check three years ago, documents show. A Highland Park Police report from Sept. 5, 2019, showed that Crimo - then 18 - made the confession after he threatened to 'kill everyone' in his family. He told cops he'd been depressed when he made the threats three days prior.The report showed that a member of the household 'was afraid to go home due to the nature of this threat,' and because Crimo 'had a collection of knives in his bedroom.'
