Home inspector commits unspeakable act with Elmo doll in child's room

A perverted home inspector who was caught on camera has been busted for violating his probation.

Kevin Wayne VanLuven, now 62, of Clarkston, Oakland County, was found guilty of aggravated indecent exposure and sentenced to 19 days behind bars in October of 2022 following the unspeakable act he committed in a young boy's bedroom.

But he was convicted yet again in January of 2024 for violating his probation, court records show.
