A new form of government identification that was meant to go into effect in 2008 is being delayed yet again, the Department of Homeland Security announced on Monday.The nationwide rollout of Real ID is being delayed by two years due to , the department said in a press release.Real ID will be needed to board domestic flights and enter federal facilities when finally implemented.
