A homeless man in Seattle was charged with first-degree assault after he was caught on surveillance footage whacking a woman walking home with a baseball bat, leaving her bleeding with a fractured skull as he got a slice of pizza.Wantez Tulloss, 31, was charged on Friday with first-degree assault after Seattle police positively identified him as the man seen attacking the woman in surveillance footage on January 31 just before 6.30pm.The video shows the unnamed woman walking down the street in the city's Belltown neighborhood wearing a black jacket and a KN95 face mask with a shopping bag in hand when a man wearing all black comes up behind her, dropped the bags he was carrying and whacked her from behind with both hands on a baseball bat.
