The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office did not confirm the charges Wednesday but told CBS that an announcement on the case was planned for Thursday at 2 p.m.McClure and D'Amico turned themselves over to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office on Wednesday, but it was unclear if Bobbitt also turned himself in, NBC reported.McLure said last November that she ran out of gas and became stranded on I-95 in Philadelphia and that Bobbitt spent his last $20 to help her fill her tank.The couple launched a GoFundMe campaign to repay him and help get the 35-year-old former North Carolina resident back on his feet as the story garnered national attention.
