Horrifying moment MLB fan plunges from the stands and falls onto field

A fan at a game fell over the right field wall on Wednesday night in a terrifying scene.

Video posted to social media shows the fan leaning over the railing several rows above the outfield wall before plummeting onto the warning track.

The fan flipped while in the air before landing on their head.
