A Harley Street receptionist claims she was physically assaulted by the late Evelyn de Rothschild - who sent flowers as an apology after police served him no punishment.

The high-end dental practice worker had been behind the front desk at the clinic when the banking tycoon, 89-years-old at the time, walked in to be treated for tooth pain.

Recalling the 'terrifying' experience to the MailOnline, the woman, unnamed under the condition of anonymity, said she had greeted Rothschild at the entrance before requesting he put on a PPE facemask.
