Indiana's men's and women's teams both fell to Miami in a 24-hour span

University basketball has had a 24-hour period to forget as both the men's and women's basketball teams were eliminated from March Madness on back-to-back days by the same opponent: the Miami Hurricanes.

On Sunday night, the fourth-seeded men's Indiana Hoosiers to be eliminated at the Round of 32.

Monday, the No. 1 overall seed Indiana women's team was shocked by ninth-seed Miami at IU's campus in Bloomington, Indiana by a score of 70-68. All it took was Destiny Harden's jumper from the paint to roll in off the rim with 3.3 seconds left for the Canes to secure the upset.
