An unhinged woman was heard threatening to have her neighbor arrested but got instant karma when her husband cuffed instead.

A clip of the moment has since gone viral online when a building resident posted her interaction with the woman and her husband.

In the clip, the couple's neighbor claims she tried 'to clear the air' after they'd accused her and her fiancé of running an 'illegal doggie daycare' out of their home.
