Jay-Z teen rape case with Diddy DISMISSED by victim's attorney

Jay-Z has a 13-year-old alongside Sean '' Combs in 2000 dismissed by the alleged victim's attorney.

The rapper, 55, was accused of alongside Combs, 55, after the 2000 in a civil lawsuit that was filed back in December.

Racing to the news, Jay-Z - real name Shawn Carter - released a statement on Friday which read: 'Today is a victory. The frivolous, fictitious and appalling allegations have been dismissed. This civil suit was without merit and never going anywhere.
