A Jewish journalist is suing a bar after claiming he was discriminated against and verbally abused by a bartender who called him out because of his Zionist beliefs. Elad Eliahu, 29, who openly identifies as a Zionist, claims he was on a first date with a woman at Swell Dive in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, when bartender Alvin Dan 'deliberately' mispronounced his name before allegedly asking him to leave while calling him a 'Zionist Fascist.' The bartender, Dan, allegedly told Eliahu to leave the venue 'or he was going to embarrass' him by claiming the journalist 'harasses abortion patients' and 'doxes people' through his reporting - all in front of his date and other customers in the bar.
