John Fetterman was SPEEDING when he rear-ended car on highway

Pennsylvania Sen. was speeding at the time when he hit a car Sunday, and police say he is at fault.

According to a recently released police report first revealed by, the Democrat is 'at fault' for hitting a car while driving 'at a high rate of speed, well over the posted speed limit.'
