The family of , the homeless impersonator who was killed after being placed in a chokehold by , declared their intention to file a wrongful death suit against Marine veteran. Neely's aunt, Carolyn, announced the intention in a letter that was sent from her attorneys, the Manhattan-based Mills & Edwards, to Penny's lawyer.
