Embattled Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson can face questions under oath in nine of the 22 sexual misconduct lawsuits he faces over accusations of harassment and sexual assault, a Houston judge ruled on Monday.Watson's attorney Rusty Hardin had been pushing against the depositions and filed a motion last week to delay his client's testimony until sometime after April 1. Hardin claimed he needed that time to obtain depositions from the 22 plaintiffs, and also because it would give Watson the chance to know if he'll face charges over the accusation in Houston before testifying under oath.Hardin told the Harris County District Court on Monday that the District Attorney's office will probably decide on whether or not to charge the 26-year-old Watson by April 1. He added that no attorney would allow a client to give sworn testimony in a civil case ahead of a potential criminal case.
