Julia Roberts has a very interesting connection to activist Jr. - it turns out, the activist and his wife, Coretta Scott King, actually paid the hospital bill for the actress' birth.

The Pretty Woman alum is turning 55 years old today, and in honor of her birthday, an old clip of her revealing that the civil rights leaders helped cover her parents' medical costs after she was born has gone viral.

In an interview with Gayle King for A&E's HISTORYTalks back in September, the 55-year-old movie star revealed that her mother and father, Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts, had a close relationship with the Kings before she was born.
