Kari Lake blasts 'fake news media' for Paul Pelosi mockery claim

Kari Lake, the candidate for governor of , hit back angrily on Tuesday at allegations she mocked the brutal attack on Paul Pelosi, and said she was the victim of the 'fake news media.'

A day earlier she was roundly condemned when her rally audience laughed at her account of the hammer attack on Speaker 's husband.

'Nancy Pelosi, well, she’s got protection when she’s in ,' Lake said. 'Apparently her house doesn’t have a lot of protection.'
