Kate hosts her first meeting days after revealing she finished chemo

The has hosted her first official work meeting in more than nine months as she begins her slow and measured return to public duties.

Catherine, 42, who last week revealed she had finished a course of preventative chemotherapy following major abdominal surgery in January, held a meeting at today for her 'Early Years' project.

She was joined by members of her household team as well as representatives from her Centre for Early Childhood at Kensington Palace.
