Kathie Lee Gifford's heartbreaking comment amid tough health struggles

The 71-year-old talked about her mortality at City of Hope's Spirit of Life Luncheon on Tuesday where she presented an award to her former Today show costar, Jill Martin.

Gifford, who had a hip replacement last year, was helped on stage at 's Plaza Hotel by Martin, 49, at the behest of her 'personal therapist's orders.'
