Kevin McCarthy reveals who he thinks is running Harris' campaign

says Vice President is not in charge of her presidential campaign and is getting major assistance behind the scenes.

The disgraced ex-House Speaker claims that former President is secretly running the effort to get Harris elected in November.

Speaking with Cats Roundtable on Sunday, McCarthy pointed to the vice president hiring people to work for her campaign that were once part of Obama's team.
