was left screaming in pain after she got stuck in her shoes after wowing on the carpet at the Met Gala on Monday.

The reality star, 27, wowed at the fashion event as she wore a Ferragamo corset with a grey bralette and low-slung skirt which featured a high leg slit.

Putting on a busty display she completed the look with matching sheer opera gloves and strappy black heels, also from Ferragamo.
