A Palisades resident broke down in tears after he travelled back to his neighborhood amidst the raging , only to find his home had been left untouched. Video footage showed architect Farhad Ashofteh cycling through Haverford Avenue in the Pacific Palisades — the worst affected area in the devastating LA wildfires. It comes as residents have tried to return to their homes, evading police road blocks, to assess the damage and to gather any belongings that remain.
