The missing man whose foot was discovered floating in a Yellowstone hot spring did not leave a suicide note in his car, National Park Service documents revealed. Authorities recovered a laptop computer, photo album, notebook, and collection of annotated poems from the car of man Il Hun Ro, after it was left abandoned in the visitor car park last summer. The black shoe of the missing 70 year-old was first sighted by a visitor to the park on August 16, floating on the surface of the Abyss Pool. The ranger sent to the scene was shocked to discover a bone protruding from the rescued footwear, and immediately cordoned off the area.
