The County District Attorney's Office has reportedly ruled that no felony charges will be filed against former Dodgers pitcher Julio Urias over an alleged assault. Urias was arrested in September after someone saw a physical altercation between a man and a woman outside a stadium and contacted police, according to the arrest report. As reported at the time, law enforcement officials were told Urias came up from behind a woman, put his arm around her and slammed her into a fence, pulling her hair.
