A former landlord of the man accused of opening fire inside a Fred Meyer supermarket on Monday, killing an Instacart shopper and critically injuring a store worker, says that he had begged a judge to take the suspect's gun away when his tenant refused to move out and allegedly tried to poison his dogs, but the landlord's pleas were ignored.Aaron Christopher Kelly, 39, was arrested by Washington police after an intense, hourslong manhunt following the killing of Justin Krumbah, 38.He was booked into the Benton County jail just after 2am on charges of first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder.
