An attorney for the family of the lawyer found dead on a Mexican vacation said he was likely assaulted by more than one person and was possibly 'hit and dragged' before his death.Case Barnett, an attorney for Elliot Blair's grieving widow, told the New York Post that the state of Blair's dead body painted an 'obvious' picture to 'experts' that 'foul play' was involved in the young man's death.'It’s either he fell to his knees for some reason or he got hit and dragged.
