Ride-hailing company Lyft will cut nearly 700 jobs as bosses work to make it 'leaner' in the face of global economic uncertainty.Co-founders of the San Francisco-based firm, John Zimmer and Logan Green, told staff on Thursday that 13 percent of the workforce will lose their jobs.The cuts are the latest cost-cutting measure announced by the company after hiring was slowed down in May - then frozen completely - and 60 jobs were cut in July.
