Governor Janet Mills, 76, and her administration have allocated the funds to purchase Nursing Naturals nursing bras for parents participating in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in the state, according to .

Both cisgender women who are breastfeeding and women who are chestfeeding will be eligible for the bras via the program. They are also available to migrant parents.
