A board of commissioners shot down a proposed solar farm after a seven-hour-long public hearing from furious locals who demanded the project be stopped.

The Natrona County Board of Commissioners listened to concerns from small-town residents over the permit application from EG Haystack Solar LLC during the marathon hearing on Tuesday.
