Man, 35, arrested by NYPD for wrestling homeless man onto subway track

A 35-year-old Brooklyn man has been arrested following a knife attack on a homeless man on the subway, which saw the pair of them wrestling on the tracks and left the victim needing stitches.

Anthony Melendez, from East New York, was arrested on Sunday following Wednesday's attack.

He was caught on camera grappling with 52-year-old Angel Trujillo before running away.
